2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

I acknowledge that participation in gym activities, including but not limited to:

• Use of gym equipment

• Strength and cardiovascular training

• Group classes

• Personal training

• 24-hour unattended access

involves inherent risks, including risk of:

• Physical injury

• Illness

• Muscle strain

• Falls

• Equipment malfunction

• Serious injury or death

I voluntarily accept these risks.

4. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, I:

• Release and discharge HYBRID RC, its directors, employees, trainers, contractors, and agents from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my use of the facility

• Waive claims arising from ordinary negligence

This waiver does not exclude liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by gross negligence

• Liability which cannot be excluded under Irish law

5. 24-HOUR ACCESS CONDITIONS

I understand and agree that:

• The gym may be unattended during certain hours

• I use the facility at my own risk

• CCTV monitoring may be in operation

• Emergency procedures are displayed in the gym

• I must not admit non-members

• I must follow all posted safety rules

6. RULES & CONDUCT

I agree to:

• Use equipment responsibly

• Wipe down equipment after use

• Re-rack weights

• Wear appropriate attire

• Respect staff and other members

The gym reserves the right to terminate membership for misconduct.

7. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that:

• Lockers are provided as a convenience only

• The gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items

8. INDEMNITY

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYBRID RC against claims arising from:

• My actions

• My breach of gym rules

• My admission of unauthorised persons

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & CCTV
